Ever sit alone and there is no sound at all. You can hear a clock tick or even your sweat run down your face from being nervous. That much quiet is actually harmful. You began to hear things and see things that arent there. They could be there. Just watching and waiting for you to snap so it can take over. You get paranoid. Then you are afraid. You go into a deep panic trying to organize your sanity. There is nothing wrong with you. We all will eventually go through this. Just avoid it as long as possible and keep some sort of contant noise like the clock to remind you that you are safe…..for now.
